NPI Service (Probing Solution)

As a highlight, Excel Consulting ® with its partner Astellia was the pioneer in Indonesia to bring the end-to-end NPI (Network Performance Improvement / Network Optimization) using Probe solution. This solution is the QoE (Quality of Experience) approach, as the complement solution of the QoS (Quality of Service) using traditional drive test and counters analysis. By using QoE therefore the root-caused-analysis also considers the customer perspective and not only network perspective.

Our probing solution also covers multi-vendor, multi-technology, multi-interface.

By this probe solution, then problems can be distinguished by network, handset, or customer behavior. This is very important, to immediate focus for comprehensive solution in solving the problems.

Currently, our current probing solution only applicable in GSM/UMTS/HSPA/LTE and Wimax based network.
